Peanut Crispies Recipe
Ingredients
| Peanuts shelled 250 gm. | ||
| Bengal Gram | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Rice flour | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Red chilli powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt a pinch | ||
| Water | 1 (As required) | |
| Oil 3 1/2 cup (approx.) | ||
Directions
Roast peanuts in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Prepare a batter of gram and rice flours, chilli powder, salt and water.
Add roasted peanuts.
Mix well.
Heat oil.
Drop peanuts into the hot oil, one at a time.
Fry till crisp and drain on paper.
Tin when cool.
