1. Melt chocolate pieces over hot water in the top of a double boiler; stir in condensed milk; remove double boiler from water.
2. Stir in rice cereal and peanuts until well blended. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax-paper-lined cookie sheets: Chill at least 2 hours, or until firm.
3. Remove with spatula from wax paper; store between layers of wax paper in a loosely covered bowl at room temperature
