Peanut Butter Truffle Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
| Creamy peanut butter | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup light-brown sugar, packed | ||
| Egg | 1 | |
| Baking soda | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients (except chips) until blended.
Stir in chocolate chips.
On ungreased baking sheets, drop teaspoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart.
Bake 9 minutes, or until cookies are puffed and golden.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Remove cookies from sheets and cool completely.
