Peanut Butter Swirl Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 quart OLD-FASHIONED VANILLA CUSTARD ICE CREAM | ||
| Peanut butter | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Process vanilla ice cream in churn freezer until thick and smooth.
Remove from container and place in bowl.
Mix peanut butter and cream or milk, beating until very soft and smooth.
Fold into ice cream just enough to produce marbleized effect.
Pack in covered container and place in deep freeze for several hours to harden.
