Directions

Saute onion and celery in oil until tender.
Stir peanut butter into sauteed mixture.
Add chicken stock, tomato juice and seasonings.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes or so.
Just before serving, stir in yogurt and salt to taste.
Heat but do not boil.
Serve hot.
