Hot Peanut Butter Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |

| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Peanut butter | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Chicken stock | 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) | |
| Tomato juice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pepper white | 1⁄8 Teaspoon | |
| Ground coriander | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Yogurt | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |

Directions
Stir peanut butter into sauteed mixture.
Add chicken stock, tomato juice and seasonings.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes or so.
Just before serving, stir in yogurt and salt to taste.
Heat but do not boil.
Serve hot.
