Peanut Butter Oatmeal Drops Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Unsweetened cocoa powder | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter | ||
| Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 3 cups uncooked quick-cooking rolled oats | ||
Directions
Line a cookie sheet with wax paper; set aside.
In a medium saucepan, combine sugar and cocoa.
Stir in milk and butter.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Simmer about 2 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in peanut butter and vanilla, then oats.
Drop from a teaspoon onto wax paper.
Cool until firm.
