1/4 cup chunky peanut butter
1/4 cup granulated sugar replacement
1/4 cup reduced-calorie margarine
1/4 cup liquid fructose
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
1 cup uncooked oat bran
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
Directions
Combine peanut butter, sugar replacement, and margarine in a mixing bowl.
Beat to blend thoroughly.
Beat in liquid fructose, egg, and vanilla extract.
Stir in oatmeal, oat bran, and dry milk.
Turn batter into a greased 13 x 9 in. (33 x 23 cm) baking pan.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 35 minutes, or until top has browned and toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
