Ingredients
| Rising flour | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chunky peanut butter | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or melted shortening | ||
Directions
MAKING
1.Season the pork chops with salt.
2.In a skillet heat oil and cook pork chops in it until brown.
3.Once done, take the chops out and place them on paper towels.
4.Let the drippings be in the skillet and add onion and green pepper to it and stir until onion is soft and transparent.
5.Put in rice, tomatoes, salt, sugar, mustard and pork chops and allow the ingredients to boil.
6.After a boil, lower the heat and allow the ingredients to simmer for 30 minutes with the skillet's lid on.
7.Turn off the heat when the chops are tender.
SERVING
8.Serve warm with dips.
