| 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter | ||
| Marshmallow creme | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla extract | 2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine sugar, half-and-half, and corn syrup in a deep 4- to 5-quart casserole; mix well.
Add butter; cover with waxed paper.
Microwave at HIGH for 5 to 8 minutes or until mixture reaches soft ball stage (235°), stirring twice.
Add peanut butter, marsh-mallow creme, and vanilla; stir until smooth.
Pour over chocolate layer.
Chill and cut into squares.
Store candy in refrigerator.
