Peanut Butter Jumbos Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Packed brown sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Granulated Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Peanut butter | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 3 | |
| Baking soda | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Rolled oats | 4 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked | |
| Semi-sweet chocolate chocolate chips | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup candy-coated chocolate pieces | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Lightly grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper.
Cream butter, sugars, peanut butter and eggs in large bowl until light.
Blend in baking soda, vanilla and oats until well mixed.
Stir in chocolate chips and candy pieces.
Scoop out about 1/3 cupful of dough for each cookie.
Place on prepared cookie sheets, spacing about 4 inches apart.
Press each cookie to flatten slightly.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until firm in center.
Remove to wire racks to cool.
