Peanut Butter Ice Cream Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 quart vanilla ice cream, slightly softened | ||
| Chunky peanut butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Unsalted peanuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), crushed | |
| Vanilla | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 (10-inch) graham cracker crust | ||
| Whipped cream and maraschino cherries for garnish | ||
Directions
Combine ice cream, peanut butter, 1/4 cup peanuts, and vanilla in large bowl; mix well.
Turn into crust and sprinkle with remaining peanuts.
Freeze.
Decorate with cream and cherries.
