Peanut Butter Eggs Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 18-oz. jar smooth peanut butter | ||
| Margarine stick | 1 | |
| 1 1-lb. box powdered sugar | ||
| Milk chocolate chips | 1 Bag (1kg) | |
Directions
Soften margarine and blend with peanut butter until smooth.
Mix in sugar and blend together.
Form into egg-shaped balls.
Melt chocolate.
Dip peanut butter eggs with plastic fork — 1 middle prong broken out — into chocolate.
Place on wax paper to set.
Store in a cool place.
