Peanut Butter Drops Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup chunky peanut butter
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 oz. baking chocolate, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tsp granulated sugar replacement
2 tsp sorbitol
1/4 cup liquid fructose
2 eggs
2 tsp water
2 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
Directions
Cream together the peanut butter, butter, baking chocolate and vanilla extract.
Gradually add sugar replacement, sorbitol and fructose.
Continue beating and add eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each addition.
Beat until light and fluffy.
Sift together flour and baking soda.
Add to creamed mixture and mix together thoroughly.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10 to 12 minutes.
