Rich Cream Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

| 1/2 cup chunk-style, sugar-free peanut butter | ||
| Heavy cream | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pecans | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Vanilla | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar substitute package | 4 | |
| Soy flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Baking powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Spray a cookie sheet with oil substitute.
Mix all ingredients in bowl.
Blend well.
Drop on cookie sheet by teaspoonfuls.
Bake for about 10 minutes.
