Directions

Cream together butter, sugar and peanut butter.
Add egg.
Blend in flour, soda, salt and vanilla.
Stir well.
Shape dough into 1-in balls.
Arrange in rows on wax paper covered cardboard or microwave-safe plastic baking tray.
Space balls 2-in apart.
Flatten with fork dipped in sugar.
Microwave High (10) 2 1/2 to 3 Minutes.
Remove on wax paper to cool.
Microwave remaining cookies using fresh wax paper for each load.
