 Safflower oil1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Honey3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Egg1
 Peanut butter3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 tsp orange juice or water
 Vanilla1/2 Teaspoon
 Whole wheat flour1 2/3 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
 1 1/4 tsp arrowroot baking powder
 Salt3/4 Teaspoon

Directions

Blend together oil, honey, and egg.
Blend in peanut butter, orange juice, and vanilla.
Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt.
Shape into small balls and flatten with a fork dipped in flour.
Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350° 10 minutes, or until firm.
Remove to wire rack to cool.
