 Vegetable oil spray
 1/2 cup acceptable margarine, room temperature
 Sugar1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Firmly packed brown sugar1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Egg1
 Creamy peanut butter1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Baking soda1/2 Teaspoon
 All purpose flour1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vanilla1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350° F.
Lightly spray cookie sheet with vegetable oil.
In a large mixing bowl, cream margarine until soft.
Add sugars gradually and beat until creamy.
Beat in egg, peanut butter and soda.
Add flour slowly to batter, mixing constantly.
Add vanillaand mix well.
Roll dough into small balls about the size of a pecan.Place on prepared cookie sheet.
Flatten balls lightly with back of tines of a floured fork.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
