Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

|Baking powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|

Add 1/2 cup of the flour, brown sugar, sugar, egg white, vanilla, baking soda and baking powder.
Beat mixture till thoroughly combined, scraping the sides of the bowl occasionally.
Beat or stir in the remaining flour.
If necessary, cover and chill dough in the refrigerator till easy to handle.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet and flatten the balls.
Bake in a 375° oven for 7 to 9 minutes or till bottoms are lightly browned.
Cool cookies for 1 minute on cookie sheet.
Remove the cookies from the cookie sheet and cool on a wire rack.
