Cinnamon Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
| Preheat oven to 325°F. | ||
| Oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Honey | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Peanut butter | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| 6 tablespoons skim milk powder | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Mace | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cloves | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Oatmeal | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Raisins | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Whole wheat flour | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
In the large bowl of an electric mixer, blend oil and honey until creamy and light.
Add peanut butter and continue to beat until mixture is blended.
Beat in eggs, milk powder, salt and spices.
With a wooden spoon, stir in oatmeal, raisins and whole wheat flour.
Blend thoroughly.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on an unoiled cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes.
