Low Calorie Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup diet margarine | ||
| Granulated Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), firmly packed | |
| Creamy peanut butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| All purpose flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking soda | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
2. Using electric mixer at high speed, beat together diet margarine, sugar replacement, brown sugar and peanut butter in medium bowl until creamy. With mixer at low speed, stir in sifted flour, baking soda and salt; blend thoroughly.
3. Roll dough into 1-inch balls; place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet with nonstick finish. Using fork dipped in flour, flatten each ball in a crisscross pattern. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove cookies to wire rack to cool.
