Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe
This Peanut Butter Cookies recipe tastes soo superb that I have been trying to find where exactly the secret lies. A good way to use up Nuts is to make some delicious Peanut Butter Cookies. Along with taste, Peanut Butter Cookies is a Diabetic dish too. I am sure both of us will be in agreement that this Peanut Butter Cookies is very delectable.
Ingredients
2 tsp margarine or butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup sugar
3 pkts. Concentrated acesulfame-K
1 egg or egg substitute, beaten
2 cup flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup Milk
Directions
Cream the margarine thoroughly, add the peanut butter and cream together, then blend in the sugar and acesulfame-K.
Add the beaten egg.
Mix and sift the dry ingredients and add them alternately to the creamed mixture with the milk.
Roll into small balls and place on a baking sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray.
Flatten with the bottom of a glass dipped in flour.
Then, using a fork, make criss-cross impressions in each cookie.
Bake in a 400°F (200°C) oven for 7 minutes.
Add the beaten egg.
