Ingredients
* 1/2 cup butter, softened
* 1/2 cup peanut butter
* 1 cup packed brown sugar
* 1/2 cup white sugar
* 3 eggs
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/3 cup water
* 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 cup buybulkwhey.com whey protein (or 3 heaping scoops)
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 1/3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar and white sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla and water. Combine the flour, protein powder, baking soda and salt; stir into the creamed mixture. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop dough by heaping spoonfuls onto un-greased cookie sheets.
3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
You could probably experiment with the flour and protein levels to create a higher concentration of whey protein, but all in all this seemed to be a great post workout on the go snack!! If you are trying to gain weight, carry a bag of them and snack on them throughout the day.

During high protein dieting, it’s a good idea to have protein rich snacks. So, Big Andy from buybulkwhey shows a protein cookie recipe on popular demand. He shows how to put together the ingredients and bake them in oven. However, for the complete ingredient list, it would require a visit to his website as he doesn't share that info over the video. As he says the cookie contain 10 to 7 grams of protein and are worth carrying along when you are on a go.Comments

Hi,
I made this recipe for my Canadian Army co-workers and they loved it!!! My cookies were not runny, but nice and chewy. I didn't have chocolate chips, but my iso weight had some in it. I also replaced the white sugar with Splenda. I would recommend this to anyone!!
