Directions

MAKING
1. In a skillet, heat garlic olive oil and sesame oil. Add chicken, peanuts and half of the chicken broth. Cook until brown.
2. Add in remaining chicken broth and chunky peanut butter. Stir well.
3. Add in honey. Stir well.
4. Add in scallions and garlic salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 20 minutes.

SERVING
5. Serve with white or brown rice.
