Peanut Butter Brownies Recipe Video
Peanut butter brownies are chewy with a pleasant peanut flavor. They are yummy and delicious. And it is so easy to make them. I have tries lot many brownie recipes but this one is the best among the ones I have tried so far.
Ingredients
1/2 C. Creamy Peanut Butter
1/3 C. Butter - softened
1 C. Sugar
1/4 C. Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
2 Eggs
1 C. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
6 oz. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Butter a 9" baking pan.
3. In a big bowl, blend together peanut butter and softened butter until creamy.
4. Next, add sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and eggs, beat well.
5. Now, add sifted flour, baking powder and salt.
6. Stir all together then add chocolate chips.
7. Pour into the greased pan and bake for about 30-40 minutes.
