Peanut Butter Bread Recipe
Ingredients
| Flour | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Baking soda | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Creamy peanut butter | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup Light or Dark Corn Syrup | ||
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease and flour 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
In large bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat peanut butter and corn syrup until smooth.
Beat in eggs, 1 at a time.
Gradually beat in milk.
Stir in flour mixture just until moistened.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 minutes.
Remove from pan; cool on wire rack.
