Peanut Butter and Jam Bars Recipe

|Packed brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Margarine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), softened|
|Peanut butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Egg whites/1/4 cup frozen, thawed, cholesterol-free egg product||2|
|Oat flour blend||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Baking soda||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Baking powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Red raspberry jam glaze||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|

Mix sugars, margarine, peanut butter and egg whites in medium bowl.
Stir in flour, baking soda and baking powder.
Reserve 1 cup dough.
Press remaining dough in ungreased rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches; spread with jam.
Crumble reserved dough and sprinkle over jam.
Bake about 20 minutes or until golden brown; cool.
Drizzle with Glaze.
Cut into about 2 x 1 1/2-inch bars.
