Peanut Butter and Jam Bars Recipe
Ingredients
| Granulated Sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Packed brown sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Margarine | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Peanut butter | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg whites | 2 , frozen | |
| Oat flour | 1 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking soda | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Baking powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Red raspberry jam | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Heat oven to 350°.
Mix sugars, margarine, peanut butter and egg whites in medium bowl.
Stir in flour, baking soda and baking powder.
Reserve 1 cup dough.
Press remaining dough in ungreased rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches; spread with jam.
Crumble reserved dough and sprinkle over jam.
Bake about 20 minutes or until golden brown; cool.
Drizzle with Glaze.
Cut into about 2 x 1 1/2-inch bars.
