Peanut Butter and Apple Pockets Recipe
Ingredients
| Granny smith apple | 1 Small | |
| Creamy peanut butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Package cream cheese | 1 Small | |
| Firmly packed brown sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1 loaf soft white or wheat bread | ||
Directions
Using Apple Peeler/Corer/Slicer, peel, core and slice apple.
Chop prepared apple with Food Chopper.
Combine apple, peanut butter, cream cheese, brown sugar and cinnamon in 1-Quart Batter Bowl.
Place a scant tablespoon of the filling in center of a bread slice.
Top with another bread slice.
Repeat until all filling is used.
Use the 3-inch Cut-N-Seal to cut and seal round sandwiches.
