Directions

Combine sugar and corn syrup in a glass bowl.
Cook on HIGH for 3 minutes.
Add peanuts.
Cook on HIGH for 3-4 minutes (3 is for soft, 4 is for hard).
Add butter and vanilla, stirring well.
Cook on HIGH for 1 minute more.
Add baking soda and stir gently until mixture is light and foamy.
Pour quickly into a greased cookie sheet and let cool.
Break into pieces when Cold.
