|Peanuts||75 Gram, roasted, shelled and chopped|

Rub in margarine.
Add cheese, mustard and half of the peanuts.
Add enough cold water to make a stiff dough.
Roll out dough on a lightly floured board into a rectangle 1/6 inch thick.
Brush surface with milk; sprinkle remaining peanuts.
Press gently with back of a spoon.
Cut into 1 1/2 inch wide and 3/4 inch broad strips.
Arrange them on a baking sheet and bake in 180°C oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool on cooling rack.
Store in airtight tins.
