Peanut Bark Recipe
An empty belly is a great cook and Peanut Bark is a great way to fill it. I prefer to make Peanut Bark as a Dessert for all my family get-togethers. Nuts is the primary ingredient in Peanut Bark. Will you be able to suggest a recipe on par with this Peanut Bark recipe? I doubt.
Ingredients
1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate morsels
5 tablespoons warm evaporated milk
1 cup salted peanuts
Directions
Melt the chocolate over hot (not boiling) water; stir until smooth.
Remove from the heat and immediately stir in the milk and peanuts until blended.
Pour the mixture onto waxed paper and flatten with a spatula.
Let stand until firm, then break into irregular pieces.
