 Pitted dates1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Bananas2 Medium, peeled
 1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts or chopped toasted almonds
 Whipping cream1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar2 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Salt1 Dash
 Can1 20 1/2 Ounce, chilled

Directions

Combine melon balls, dates, bananas, and nuts.
Whip cream with sugar, lemon juice, and salt till soft peaks form.
Fold into fruit mixture.
Top each lettuce-lined plate with one pineapple slice; pile fruit mixture over.
