Peachy Beef Toss Recipe

Ingredients
1 head romaine, torn in bite size pieces (4 cups)
3 cups fresh spinach torn in bite size pieces
1 1/2 cups cooked roast beef cut in strips
3 fresh medium peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced (1 1/2 cups)
1 medium ripe avocado, peeled, pitted, and sliced
12 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup salad oil
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 drops bottled hot pepper sauce
Directions
In salad bowl combine romaine, spinach, cooked roast beef, sliced peaches, sliced avocado, and cherry tomato halves.
In screw-top jar combine.salad oil, vinegar, horseradish, salt, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and hot pepper sauce.
Cover and shake well.
Just before serving, pour dressing mixture over salad; toss lightly.
