Peachy Macaroons Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 large bakery macaroons | ||
| 2 tablespoons peach brandy | ||
| Ground ginger | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 cup peach yogurt | ||
Directions
Cut each macaroon into fourths to within 1/4 inch of bottom.
Gently spread open.
Place macaroons in individual dessert dishes.
Sprinkle brandy over macaroons.
Let stand 30 minutes.
Stir ginger into yogurt.
Spoon yogurt over macaroons.
