Peachy Glazed Ham Slice Recipe
Ingredients
| Peach | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Honey | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ground allspice | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind | ||
| 1 (1 1/4 -inch thick) fully cooked boneless ham slice | ||
Directions
In a blender container, combine peach slices, honey, lemon juice and allspice.
Cover and blend until smooth; stir in lemon rind.
Set aside.
Slash edges of ham at 1-inch intervals.
Place ham on rack of broil pan.
Broil at Hi Broil setting 2 inches from heat for 7 minutes.
Turn and brush with peach mixture.
Continue broiling 6 to 7 minutes, brushing frequently with sauce.
Cover and blend until smooth; stir in lemon rind.
Set aside.
