1 (8 3/4 oz.) can peach slices, drained
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1(1 1/4 inch thick) fully cooked boneless ham slice
Directions
In a blender container, combine peach slices, honey, lemon juice and allspice.
Cover and blend until smooth; stir in lemon rind.
Place ham in 1 1/2 -quart oblong glass baking dish.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at high (10) 6 to 7 minutes.
Uncover, brush with glaze and continue microwaving at high (10) 2 to 3 minutes.
Pour remaining glaze in 2-cup glass measure.
Microwave at high (10) 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through.
Spoon glaze over ham.
