Peachy Chicken Rice Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Rice package | 1 , frozen | |
| 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Instant minced onion | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Curry powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Peaches | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| Cooked and cubed chicken | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup ch | ||
Directions
Place frozen pouch of rice in oven.
Cook 3 minutes, 30 seconds or until thawed.
Empty into serving bowl and cool.
Stir in mayonnaise, onion, curry, peaches and chicken.
Chill thoroughly.
Just before serving, stir in celery and green pepper.
