Ingredients

 
1/4 cup reduced calorie orange marmalade
 
1/4 cup orange juice
 
2 teaspoons cornstarch
 
1 teaspoon margarine
 
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom or cinnamon
 
2 cups sliced, peeled peaches or sliced nectarines or frozen unsweetened peach slices
 
1 cup pitted dark sweet cherries or frozen unsweetened pitted dark sweet cherries
 
1/2 cup frozen yogurt or ice milk

Directions

In a medium saucepan combine marmalade, orange juice, cornstarch, margarine, and cardamom.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Stir in fresh or frozen peaches and cherries.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes or till fruits are just tender, stirring once.
Cool slightly.
