Peaches Supreme With Mincemeat Recipe
Ingredients
| Brown sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Light corn syrup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sherry | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 11ge. can cling peach halves | ||
| Flaked coconut, toasted | ||
Directions
Combine brown sugar, corn syrup, sherry and butter; simmer for 5 minutes.
Drain peaches.
Pour syrup mixture over peaches; let stand until ready to serve.
Fill peaches with coconut.
Serve warm.
