 Peach1 Can (10 oz), halves
 Salt To Taste
 Cheddar cheese3 Tablespoon, grated
 Cayenne pepper1
 Parmesan cheese1 Tablespoon, grated
 Lettuce1
 Paprika1
 Softened butter1 Tablespoon
 Cream cheese1
 Light cream6 Tablespoon

Directions

Drain peaches.
Mix cheeses with butter; season to taste with salt and cayenne.
Fill peach halves.
Arrange on platter or on individual dishes on bed of lettuce.
Beat together cream cheese and cream; spoon over peaches.
Sprinkle with paprika.
