Peaches Brulot Recipe
Ingredients
3 pkg. frozen peaches
3 egg yolks
1 c. light cream
Maple syrup
3 oz. Brandy
Directions
Thaw peaches; drain.
Place in chafing dish.
Beat egg yolks in top of double boiler.
Scald cream; pour into egg yolks slowly, stirring to blend.
Cook, stirring constantly, for 6 minutes or until thickened.
Cover peaches with maple syrup.
Heat brandy; pour over peaches.
Ignite; let flames subside.
Serve peaches topped with cooked custard.
