 Peach halves/5 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced2 1⁄2 Can (25 oz) (Drained)
 Eggs2
 Sour cream1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Honey1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Brown sugar1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), firmly packed
 Flour2 Tablespoon
 Unbaked pie shell9 Inch

Directions

Arrange peach halves or slices in pie shell.
Beat eggs slightly, add cream and honey and mix well.
Pour over peaches.
Blend together brown sugar and flour and sprinkle over egg mixture.
Bake in a very hot oven (450° F) 15 minutes: reduce tempera- ture to 350° F and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
Makes one 9-inch pie.
