Peaches and Cream Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients
3/4 cup flour
1/2 t. salt
3 t. butter
1 t. baking powder
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
31/4 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
Directions
Combine above ingredients.
Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
Pour into greased 9 inch plate.
1 (15-20 oz.) can peaches.
Drain and reserve the juice.
Place peaches over batter.
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, 3 T. peach juice.
Combine ingredients, beat 2 minutes at medium low speed or by hand.
Spoon on batter (1" from the edge).
Combine 1 T. sugar and 1/2 t. cinnamon.
Sprinkle over batter and bake in 350° oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
