Peaches & Pralines Recipe

| 3 medium-size ripe peaches (peeled, if desired) or nectarines, pitted and sliced | ||

Directions
Caramelize sugar as directed above.
At once, add cream, stirring until sauce is smooth.
Remove from heat; stir in rum.
Use warm or let cool.
If made ahead, chill in a covered container up to 1 week.
To reheat, stir in pan over low heat just until warm.
Spoon peaches onto 4 dessert plates.
Pour sauce over fruit; top with pralines.
