Directions

1. Put brown sugar and butter into a 1-quart glass casserole. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 30 seconds at High. Stir in orange liqueur until blended. Cook uncovered 30 seconds at High.
2. Add peaches to brown sugar mixture; stir. Cover with an all-glass lid or plastic wrap. Cook in microwave oven 1 minute at Medium-High.
3. Measure kirsch in a 1-cup glass measuring cup. Heat uncovered in microwave oven until warm (about 20 seconds at High). Pour over peaches and ignite.
