Peach Sundae Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Few grains salt | ||
| Peach | 1 Can (10oz), crushed | |
| Orange juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lime juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ginger piece | 1 , finely chopped | |
Directions
Combine the sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a saucepan.
Blend in peach syrup and fruit juices.
Bring to boiling; stir and cook until slightly thickened and clear.
Stir in peaches and ginger.
Simmer about 5 minutes.
Cool.
