Peach Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

 
6 cups sliced fresh peaches
 
1 cup water
 
1/3 cup sugar
 
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

Combine peaches and water in a large saucepan; cook over medium heat 5 minutes.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until tender.
Cool.
Combine peaches and remaining ingredients in container of electric blender.
Process until smooth.
Chill.
Serve over ice cream.
