Peach Preserve Cake Recipe
Ingredients
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. butter
1/3 tsp. Cloves
1 tsp. soda
1 c. sour milk
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. peach preserves
Directions
Cream butter and sugar; beat in eggs.
Sift flour with cinnamon and cloves.
Dissolve soda in milk; add al- ternately with flour mixture to creamed mixture.
Stir in pecans and preserves.
Pour into greased sheet cake pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
