Peach-Orange Fluff in Cream Puffs Recipe
Peach orange fluffs in cream puffs are a combination of two desserts in one. The peach orange fluff are covered with cream puffs and topped with custard. Flavored with lemon and orange juice, the peach and orange fluff in cream puffs are creamy and delicious.
Ingredients
2 beaten eggs
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
1 1/2 to 2 cups drained sweetened sliced peaches
6 Cream Puffs, tops removed
Directions
Combine eggs and sugar.
Blend in juices.
Cook over hot, not boiling, water till thick, stirring constantly.
Chill.
Fold in whipped cream.
Place peaches in puffs; cover with half of orange custard.
Put tops on puffs; pour remaining custard over.
Garnish with additional peach slices, if you like.
