Peach O Cheese Pie Recipe
Peach O Cheese Pie is a lip smacking Desert. The peach gives a mouth filling experience, while sugar and cornstarch add the sweetness. Neither a degree less nor a degree more the pie is chilled perfectly to get the right combination for making is a lip smacking desert.
Ingredients
| Peaches | 5 Large, peeled | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Cut 4 peaches into slices, arrange atop pie.
Mash or puree remaining peach.
In small saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch.
Add mashed peach and water.
Cook over medium heat, stir constantly until thickened and clear strain.
Add a few drops of yellow food colouring.
Cool.
Pour glaze over top of chilled pie.
