Peach Nut Cluster Crunch Recipe
Fresh Peaches, granola nut clusters, brown sugar make this
dessert a winner

Ingredients
| 4 large ripe peaches | ||
| 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp light butter | ||
| Cashew nut | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), crushed | |
| 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp Splenda brown sugar blend | ||
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sprinkle of cinnamon | ||
Directions
1.In medium saucepan melt 1 tbsp of butter.Add granola clusters
(crushed),vanilla extract and brown sugar. Cook on low heat until
sugar melts and coats granola.
2. Cut the top off of the peaches, and scoop out center
slightly to remove seed. Spoon granola mixture inside
peach and pack down. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 325
for 20 minutes until top is slightly brown.
3.Melt remaining tsp of butter and 2 tbsp of brown sugar and stir for 1
minute. Remove from heat. Pour brown sugar glaze over peaches. Serves 4
(crushed),vanilla extract and brown sugar. Cook on low heat until
